Tigercat is a privately owned Canadian corporation specializing in the design and manufacture of premium quality forestry equipment and specialized off road industrial machinery.

The Challenge

The task was to supply an independent, completely remote, end-to-end content creation solution that would work in concert with their in-house marketing team, deliver top-quality content and provide greater attention to their business and brand than a traditional marketing agency. Partnering with us, we produced fresh video marketing material, sales tools, service and training videos, customer testimonials and product demo videos, in multiple languages for social media marketing, dealer portals and their own online video library Tigercat TV.

The Approach

The first thing we did was touch base with with all of the key players at Tigercat headquarters, giving us all of the information we needed to get started. We studied the benefits of each machine, immersed ourselves in the Tigercat brand and established a close relationship with the in-house marketing team to ensure that the creative ideas, process, and expectations aligned with the scope of work. Then we began developing original creative concepts and scripts based on the objectives of each video.


Travelling to various locations across the continental U.S. we operated as a one-man-crew and managed all the logistics of cross-boarder equipment carnets and insurances. Often the safest and most effective way to capture these machines in their natural habitat was to employ the use of drones. As as an FAA Part 107 Certified drone pilot, we are fully licensed to conduct safe, legal drone operations in the United States.

Demo videos showcase how your product works whether that's taking viewers on a tour of your software or putting a machine to the test. We produced 1-3 minute working demo videos showcasing the complete duty-cycle of a machine that could easily be shared on social media.

Satisfied, loyal customers are the best advocates of your products. One of the best ways prove this is by creating customer testimonial videos. In addition to brand awareness, testimonials tell prospects your product can (and will) solve their specific problem.

In addition to product marketing we produced videos for Tigercat’s internal communications like service, training and customer factory tours.

Tigercat machines are used by professional loggers around the globe. Creating multi-language voice-over and subtitles are an essential component. Where English language narration is required, Tigercat chose our professional in-house voice-over services. For other languages, we sourced vocal talent and delivered scripts and narration in multiple languages and dialects including, French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese and Russian.

The Results

We've produced nearly 100 videos for Tigercat which have received hundreds of thousands of views on Tigercats YouTube channel and have been used by their sales team around the world. In fact, we produced an overview video to showcase all the machines in the Tigercat product line and the results have been incredible. This single video has garnered over 550,000 views on YouTube and over 1300 engagements.
